Atlanta, Georgia

We are buying one good business, and we intend to keep it.

Fourth Ward Holdings is acquiring a commercial services or distribution business in metro Atlanta. We are an individual buyer with committed capital and an SBA pre-qualification letter in hand. Not a fund, not a broker, and not looking to flip anything.

What we are looking for

EBITDA
$1M to $2M. We will stretch for real recurring revenue and management depth.
Revenue
$5M to $20M. Margin matters less to us than whether the revenue repeats.
Geography
Metro Atlanta and North Georgia preferred. We will look at the broader Southeast.
Customers
Commercial or institutional, with contracted, recurring or genuinely repeat business.
Management
A working general manager already in place, or a role a hired GM can credibly fill.
Not a fit
Healthcare providers, residential-only models, project-bid construction, and businesses that require a licensed owner-operator.

Where we spend our time

Illustrative rather than exhaustive. If a business has commercial customers, sticky revenue and a real team, we want to see it regardless of the label.

Fire & life safety Commercial security Building automation & low voltage Grounds & facility services Specialty & industrial cleaning Fleet & equipment maintenance Industrial MRO & distribution Route-based services Testing, inspection & compliance

How we work with intermediaries

  1. NDA signed the day it arrives. Proof of funds and our SBA pre-qualification letter the same day.
  2. A real read on fit within 48 hours of the CIM. If it is a pass, you get a clear reason rather than silence.
  3. An LOI within two to three weeks of good information, with price and structure stated plainly.
  4. We are buying one business, not running a screen. Your seller deals with us directly the whole way through.

About us

A family business, buying a family business.

I am Kishore Eechambadi. My wife Aagya, our son Riyan and I are moving to Atlanta this October, and Fourth Ward Holdings is named for the neighborhood we are moving to.

Atlanta is not a new market for me. I earned my degree in finance at Emory, then spent fifteen years in New York building a career in strategy at McKinsey, Citadel, Visa and Broadridge, with a law degree from NYU along the way. Good businesses are usually the product of decades of somebody's careful work, and my job is to not break that.

This is not a portfolio play. We are buying one company, moving to the city it operates in, and planning to hold it for a very long time. If you built something you care about and you want to know what happens to your people after you hand over the keys, that is a conversation we would like to have.

Brokers and intermediaries are welcome, and so are owners who would rather have a quiet conversation than run a process. Proof of funds and our SBA pre-qualification letter are available on request.
